Charlie Hicks – Author

I’m Charlie Hicks, an indie author and publisher, who is embarking on a new and wonderous adventure of being a writer and blogger.

I don’t use AI, as I think it’s really cheating, and to be honest I’m a bit worried about who will actually own the copyright, me or the AI. knowing my luck the AI. For me writing is an endeavour of the human soul and spirit, it is part of our cultural and creative ideals which I suppose sets us apart from most other species on the planet we call home.

Writing is a creative experience, it enables our imaginations to run wild, and dream of things and places we wouldn’t normally dream of. For me it is the very essence of being alive that drives me to writing.
